Naturally we will do everything to ensure you are happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Goods must arrive back in their original condition, UNWORN, tagged, bagged and unaltered and free of damages. If the goods are returned for an exchange (eg change of size) we recommend you include a pre-paid and fully addressed post bag so we can immediately despatch the new item back to you.
(NOTE: Please do not return items without first contacting us to check stock levels and availability)
Once we have received your item, we will inspect that the item is unworn, unaltered and free of damages and notify you that we have received your return item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund.
All goods are meticulously checked prior to despatch however If you receive a product that is faulty from us, we want to make it right! We ask that you contact us direct in the first instance and advise us of the fault. We may ask for proof of damage and will decided if the item will need to be returned (at our cost) to assess the damage and we will advise how this is to be done. (via post/collection etc). If the fault is minor, we may repair the item, or, at our discretion, we may replace the item. If the item has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a replacement.
If you are based outside of Australia, please email us at email@example.com as per above and our customer service team will reply with further information to make your return. All returns must be made within 20 days of your purchase date. Return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
